had a pair of hd590 for about 20 years but the last year or so i have had problems with one or both sides loosing sound and assumed the headphones were dying but luckily it was just the lead that had perished over the years - sound is now back to normal after replacing the lead - lucky as it would cost a fortune now to get new headphones of this quality

Brought my awesome HD590s back to life. Sound just like new again.

Exact replacement for the original cable on my fabulous 20 year old Sennheiser HD590 headphones. The sound on the left channel had become faulty and disappeared completely over a 24 hour period. I was concerned it might be the headphones - but with the replacement cable they are as good as new - helped by replacement earpads and headband over the last few years too. Very reasonable price which included quick delivery. Thank you.
