The wireless headset is wonderful for my husband who has a hearing loss.He can watch TV comfortably and not blow me out of the room. This is our third set over the last 15 years.

Headphones not comfortable

We bought the RS- 120-W to replace the very old ones. The headphone sits on-ear not over-ear, doesn't hug your ear, I am no longer immersed in whatever I am viewing. The material on your ear is almost scratchy, what happened to the soft leather like material? so disappointed.

Problem with Order number GE3635001184US

Thank you for the speedy delivery. The RS 120-W is beautiful. However, I have an older Sony TV Model # KDL-40R5 10C and I cannot find where to plug in the red and black cable from the RS 120-W.
Do I need a new TV?

Good Sound

Good sound qualty , had previuos RS 120 headphones which was very good i could you the old ones in the bedroom no problem ,the new ones dont tranmist so good get to far side of bedroom and they cut out.
