Terms and conditions of participation
Competition for tickets to Copenhagen Distortion Ø

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Sonova Consumer Hearing Denmark, Delta Park 45, 2., 2665 Vallensbæk Strand, Denmark (“the Organizer”).

2. Competition period and location

The competition runs from 12/05/2025 at 00:00 CET to 23/05/2025 at 23:59 CET and is conducted directly via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through forms in the app.

3. Who can participate?

Participation is open to anyone who:

  • Are at least 18 years old (the age of majority in Denmark),
  • Have permanent residence in Denmark,
  • Have access to Distortion Ø 2025.

The following persons are excluded from participation:

  • Employees of the Organizer,
  • Employees of companies working on behalf of the Organizer,
  • Their relatives.

Each person or email address can only participate once.

Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4. How to participate

To participate, you must:

  1. Open the competition form via Meta (Facebook or Instagram),
  2. Answer all the necessary questions and provide your full name and email address in the form.

Participants will receive confirmation via the respective platform.

By submitting the form, the participant accepts these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

5. Selection and announcement of winners

Winners will be drawn randomly on 05/30/2025 from an exported list of participants from Meta. The draw will take place at 10:00 CET.

Winners will be notified by email no later than 02/06/2025.

Only winners will be contacted.

6. Prizes

  • 2 x Friday tickets for June 6, 2025 to Distortion Ø, Copenhagen (total value: DKK 1,300)
  • 2 x Saturday tickets for June 7, 2025 to Distortion Ø, Copenhagen (total value: DKK 1,300)

7. No exchanges or cash alternatives

Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged or converted into cash or other products.

8. Liability

The organizer accepts no liability unless the damage is due to gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the organizer or its representatives.

Exceptions apply in cases of death, personal injury or significant breach of contractual obligations (“material obligations”).

9. Data protection

Personal data (name and email address) will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winners.

Information may also be used for marketing and profiling on the social media platform where the participant has registered for the competition.

Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Organizer.

If consent is withdrawn before the winner is drawn, participation is no longer possible.

10. Right to change or cancel

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the competition in whole or in part for valid reasons, including legal obligations or technical problems.

11. Applicable law

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this competition are subject to Danish law.

Legal review is excluded.

If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
