You’re trying to open a shared link.
To view and install the shared EQ preset, you’ll need the Smart Control Plus app. After installing the app, simply open the link again or rescan the QR code to experience your friend’s individual sound tuning.
"Shareable QR codes" are also available for the M4, ACC, and all other Smart Control Plus products. Note that sharing only works between identical headphone models: an EQ preset for HDB 630 won’t work on the M4 Wireless or MTW 4. Still, you can save it for later if you add more models to your collection.
