Knowing Sennheiser as very good but also relatively expensive headphones I was happily surprised to find out that there's a budget alternative, so I bit the bullet and ordered a pair.
The delivery was fast enough and the looks of the headphones doesn't tell that there's been something wrong with them.
I had an issue with the sound coming from one channel only but after having sent a request to the support people I was told that there's a bajonet in the plug that connects to the left phone. Simple as that, they now work flawlessly, fit perfectly and sound great!
Who would have thought of a bajonet as the plug seems tight? There was no manual, then again who would read a manual for headphones? Not me!
