Now the product is like brand-new!
Maybe they could provide a guide to help users to remove and install them and they could include/discount the shipping cost if you still/already have the headphones.

super difficult to put on
Good earpads, comfortable, feels like original. Saved me money over buying new headphones. That said, these were super difficult to put on - as one side slips on, the opposite side wants to slip off. Compared to another sennheiser earpad replacement these were at least 10x more difficult to do.

Tricky
Came quickly and perfect product, but they could be easier to install. Had to follow several YouTube videos to install them correctly and it took some time. Alternatively, a tool should be provided to make installation easier

Earpads
The replace earpads came vey quickly. Only issue I had was trying to put them on the headphones, but that no link to the quality product.
