Why no high street?
The website and product are both fantastic, and the delivery couldn't have been better, in the circumstances. But surely it would have been easier and cheaper (international p&p was almost the price of the product again!) to be able to buy them in a city store? Nonetheless, I remain a satisfied customer!

Made all the difference!
I hadn't used these earbuds in a while, and when I tried them again, they sounded pretty bad. I suspected that I needed a tighter seal in my ear canal, and boy was I right. These larger tips made a better seal and improved the sound 100% (hard to quantify, but you get the idea.
